Return Policy
In order to streamline our credit process, we have instituted a new Return Policy in which no
merchandise will be accepted for return without authorization. Merchandise that is defective
will be accepted for credit within 15 business days of delivery. Custom orders are not returnable.
All other returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and no shipping credit will be issued.
A copy of the invoice, a Return Authorization number, and a reason for return must accompany all
returns. Any merchandise sent back without an RA# will be returned to the customer at their expense.
An RA# does not guarantee a credit. Credits are issued at the discretion of Leo Ingwer Inc.
